Real Gun

So pictured above is the first real gun in the house.  My father's Russian SKS.  Cheaper than any airsoft gun I know, at $174, he could not resist not buying one.  When asked why I don't want to shoot real steel, I always reply with the fact that its kind of fun initially but it gets boring shooting at paper targets all day.

I prefer that my targets are moving and shooting back.  It also helps if they are still alive for the next round.  That is why I stuck to airsoft.

Speaking of which, here is a pic of the SKS with the RealSword Type 56.

Surprisingly enough, the brand new SKS smells exactly the same as a brand new RealSword out of the box.  Standard issue Soviet gun oil?
